The Atlantis is directly accross the street from the Convention Center, it is also the only Reno hotel with a combination indoor-outdoor pool. The Peppermill is less than a mile away from the Convention Center, and has the most plush standard rooms in town.
• What Reno hotels provide the lowest rates/best deals? The Sands Reno and the Circus Circus Hotel. Both are 3-star full service hotels offering quality amenities and services. The Sands boasts the largest standard rooms in downtown Reno, and it's not unusual for there to be live music playing out by the pool on weekends, weather permitting.
• What is the most family friendly hotel in Reno? Circus Circus Reno would be the best choice for families with active children. They are located downtown and within the Tri-Properties Building shared by Circus Circus, Silver Legacy and the Eldorado.

The Peppermill Reno has recently completed a $400,000,000 expansion project and opened their new Tuscany Tower containing luxurious new suites.

The Atlantis boasts the only Concierge Tower rooms in Reno, although these rooms are not "suites" per se, the Concierge Tower at Atlantis is well worth consideration for romantic getaway accommodations, as well as the Tuscany Suites at the Peppermill Reno . John Ascuaga's Nugget , in Sparks, NV, would also be a serious contender in this catagory. The Nugget is a 4-star resort with very nice room accommodations, award-winning restaurants and individual bubble pools. They are located only about 2½ miles from Reno city-center.
• What Reno hotel is nearest the Airport? The Best Western Airport Plaza Hotel is literally right across the street. Noise is not a problem though because of the way the runways are situated at the airport relative to the hotel rooms.
